aval Verifica Beta

Check the summarybefore you sign.

An AI can summarize a forty-page contract in seconds. Checking it takes much longer, unless you know where to look. aval Verifica points you to the clause behind each claim, and to the claims with nothing behind them. It's aval's final layer, and it checks what you were told about a document once it's in order.

We'll only use it to let you know when it opens.

How it will work

In development. The public demo is coming soon.

Example

How it will work

  1. 1

    Paste both texts

The contract and the summary, in the same language. No account needed.

  2. 2

    Every claim is looked up

Amounts, dates, terms and percentages, each in its clause.

  3. 3

    You get the citation

What is in the contract, where, and what isn't — so you read only what matters.

What it checks

Figures

Amounts and currencies, written in digits or in words, with M and K abbreviations.

Dates and terms

Dates, durations and notice periods, including ones derived from two dates.

Conditions

Figures that only apply under a condition the summary leaves out.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't replace reading the contract, and it isn't legal advice. It tells you where to look. It's in beta: we publish what it gets wrong along with what it gets right.
