Word to PDF

A PDF looks the same on every screen and nobody changes it by accident. Upload the document and it's ready to send.

Without an account your documents are kept for 24 hours; sign in with Google, LinkedIn or GitHub to keep them.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Upload the file

.docx, .doc, .odt, .rtf, .xlsx, .xls, .ods, .pptx, .ppt or .odp.

  2. 2

    Choose Convert to PDF

The inspector offers it as soon as it sees an Office file.

  3. 3

Sign it, merge it or send it

It's now a PDF like any other in your Workspace.

What's different in aval

No Office needed

It works from the browser, on a computer or a phone.

The next step at hand

Merge it with other PDFs, sign it or compress it without leaving aval.

It checks every document

When you upload it, aval looks for blank pages, upside-down scans, pages without text and empty signature fields, and offers the fix.

Your file stays with aval

It's processed on our servers and stored encrypted with your account's key. It isn't sent to other services, shown ads, or used to train AI.

Questions

Does it keep the fonts?

It uses the document's fonts when the server has them, and close equivalents when it doesn't. Check the result before sending it.

Can I convert several at once?

Upload them together: each one becomes its own PDF.
